The Sequencing Production team operates a park of  3 Illumina NovaSeq6000, 2 Illumina HiSeq4000, 1 Illumina HiSeq2500, 1 Illumina MiSeq and 4 Illumina cBots, 3 MinION Mk1, 1 GridION Mk1 and 1 PromethION 24 sequencer from Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

The instrumentation runs around the clock and weekends. The sequencing platform generates in excess of 7 Tbases of sequence per day.
